The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between modern refinement and timeless charm. The service is outstanding — attentive, warm, and professional from start to finish. The food is absolutely delicious, with every dish crafted with care and creativity. We started with the octopus and the crab & avocado appetizer, both of which were exceptional in flavor and presentation. Pair that with their really amazing cocktails, and the experience becomes unforgettable. Absolutely fabulous!! We had the filet, sea bass, French onion soup, Gruyère rolls, mushroom risotto, fries and banana cream pie. Each thing was better than the last. So delicious! Our server Jody was perfectly attentive and personable but not overly so. The ambiance is really sheik and cool. Food was A+ along with everything else! So good!

Last time, too many nice restaurants have opened in Chicago suburbs, but The Greggory truly stands out! Interior is unbelievable — it feels like a museum-restaurant. It’s stunningly beautiful inside, with very friendly staff, quality tableware, and comfortable seating. Highlight for food lovers is the meat — it’s cooked on real wood fire, and flavor is outstanding. The people who created this place clearly have great taste in everything. We didn’t want to leave, so we keep ordering more food just to enjoy flavors and vibe. I also want to highlight staff once more — this is not just text, they welcome you warmly as if they’ve known you for a long time. Cocktails are top level. I already recommend this place to all my friends, and now I’m recommending it to you too!

We had an outstanding experience at the Greggory when we went! Our server went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable evening. The food was all so fresh with bright flavors that paired perfectly with our drinks. We were celebrating our anniversary and it was the perfect place to celebrate together. The atmosphere was cozy and very chic but allowed for intimacy and comfort. Every detail was well thought out here and if you are looking for a great evening this is a great place to consider! We will absolutely look forward to returning again. Also hands down the best cake I ever had was this one pictured, a must order for sure!

Let me tell you. This is a solid steakhouse and fine dining experience. We ordered the mini lobster rolls, sliders, pasta and white cake - all items were mighty fine foods. Andrew our server was top notch; I would argue his service skills was far superior then any quintessential steakhouses in Chicago area. Well done Greggory. Cheers.

Nicole was our server and she was excellent! Her service was detailed oriented and thoughtful. She was always cutting our food and plating it. Coming back to check in on us in a non intrusive manner. She also surprised us with a champagne toast and dessert for our celebration. Starters: - Mediterranean Salad was crisp and tangy! - Focaccia was perfectly airy. - Grilled octopus: perfected the char + served with squid ink pasta of some sorts that’s so delicious and a mix of pasta meets a little crunch. Mains: - The tomahawk Wagyu 32 oz was perfectly fatty with a crispy exterior - not chewy. Just melts. - Rigatoni alla vodka was so creamy and ever so slightly al dente! - Sides were light and not overpowering (mushrooms, carrots and fries). Chianti was excellent. Dry. Tasty. Manager came over to check on all the tables towards the end of our meal.

I recently organized a surprise 40th birthday dinner for a friend, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From the moment I made the reservation, the staff was incredibly accommodating—helping coordinate the surprise, setting up our décor, and even providing a vase for flowers. They went above and beyond, even capturing videos of the surprise moment for us! The atmosphere of the restaurant was fantastic—warm and inviting, with a stylish bar area and a cozy fireplace that added to the overall vibe. We had plenty of space, and the table setup felt intimate and perfect for the occasion. The meal itself was excellent, with a wide variety of options that satisfied everyone in our group. The service was attentive and friendly throughout the night. A special shoutout to Nicole and Anthony, who truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this spot for any special occasion—or just a great night out.
